Training for youth workers and members of organisations on how to use sponsorship and fundraising as a tool to organize events and how to make persons connected to your organisation active on how to find sponsors and funds for their initiative
Where: The Training will take place in group accommodation Olde Vechte In Ommen, The Netherlands (www.oldevechte.nl ).
When: Last week of November/ Or first week of December, for 6 Working days
Training focusses on the following keywords: Sponsoring, Fundraising, Philanthropy, Charity, Subsidies
The goals, of the training are:
• To Train youth workers on how to make a fundraising campaign for local events;how to find sponsors and how to make clear agreements with sponsors;how to organize a community event in order to collect funds for a specific purpose;how fundraising enables creativity and sense of entrepreneurship; how to actively involve youngsters and a community in their fundraising campaigns;
• To Learn the definitions and distinction between fundraising, sponsoring, subsidies, charity, etc.;
