Workshop of Impact Tool
Impact tool through volunteers
During our volunteers’ stay in the organization, we give them several seminars on various topics, so that give them more supplies and support them. One of the most important workshops that took place was the workshop about the Impact tool.Both the previous and the new volunteers of our organization participated in order to be trained and informed about the advanced form of the Impact Tool.
The Kolb cycle was, also, mentioned as it is a very important tool, so the volunteers can detect how to transform an ordinary outdoor activity into an extraordinary activity with insufficient equipment, under unpredicted circumstances using non-formal education methods. Furthermore, by using this tool volunteers can give feedback on the activities they organize and improve them. Through this training, the Connectivity project was disseminated and that contributed to the implementation of further multiplier events.
