▪️ Main objectives :
1. Supporting youth workers in developing and fine-tuning a working method of sustainable inclusion of youngsters.
2. Equip youth workers with the necessary basic tools, educational activities, and confidence.
3. Strengthen the quality of youth work and to promote innovation and recognition of this with an improved framework and community practices.
4. Gain a new perspective on how to increase the employability of their target group.
5. Enable them to go back into the labor market.

▪️ Accomodation and costs:
- Travel costs are covered up to 275.00 € / Exceptionally in this project the travel reimbursement can cover a bit more of the usual travel costs which is mentioned above
- Accommodation (Olde Vechte Foundation) will be provided
- Meals will be provided
