• ACTIVITIES:

The main activities within the project "Solidarity has no age" will take place in Pomeranian Voivodeship, several locations of the Association in Gdańsk, the Tri-City, but also in the Association's center in a village Osówek about 100 km from Gdańsk. Volunteers will work with different target groups: children, youth, adults, seniors, refugees and unemployed people.

• Volunteers tasks will be:

- assistance in organizing and conducting activities for the benefit of the local community in the Neighborhood House, Senior Academy, the Youth Activity Center, the UNICEF project for refugees, the People's University and other projects by: supporting the preparation and organization of classes, presentations, workshops, co-leading classes, implementing the schedule of meetings, animating organizations and groups renting space in Stowarzyszeie Morena, opening closing workshop rooms;

-cooperation with project coordinators of the Stowarzyszenie Morena in the preparation, organization and implementation of activities, projects and programs of the association and association partners such as: "Time for Youth", EuroSkills Europe, Intergenerational Dialogue Day, International Senior Day, Europe Day, charity campaign;

- preparing and conducting various thematic activities for groups of recipients (see Recruiting Form) - classes, workshops, presentations, integration meetings, etc. in schools, organizations, community centers, branches of the Association, Neighborhood Houses on social topics; presentations about volunteer own country, youth mobility opportunities for youth;

- tasks related with searching, writing, publishing news, information, co-creating materials promoting the activities of the Stowarzyszenie Morena and, among others, Neighborhood House, Youth Fund, Europe Direct Gdańsk Point (posters, leaflets, promotional materials, videos, info-packs, etc.),taking photos, making videos, updating social media,- office and cleaning tasks: printing, scanning, copying and stamping, sending letters, updating information on boards, posters, stands, cleaning and storage tasks, inventory tasks,

- preparation of city games for children and youth and meetings with volunteers, assistance in integrating participants (team games, energizers,etc.),

- cooperation with volunteers in the place of accommodation and work - duties regarding to ordering and cleanliness; support of Stowarzyszenie Morena in the organization of EKS group volunteering.

In the case of activities longer than 7 hours/day, the volunteer may use overtime at a previously agreed other time. The duration of activities outside Gdańsk (camps, trips to the center) will be 30% of the project time.
