3-13.07.2023
Poland, Wojnicz
“Our Better World” is a youth exchange -funded by Erasmus + program! By involving 8 partners from different origin, experiences and activities developed around the project theme, we foster teamwork between groups of active young people across Europe.
During the exchange we increased the sense of initiative and self-esteem, improve language skills, increase intercultural awareness and promote active participation in society among young people.
Our youth exchange bring together 48 young people from 8 different European countries in Wojnicz , a small village in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
The meeting of young people dedicated to activities in the field of non-formal education, discussions, presentations, visits on the theme of the project, practical workshops and simple eco-activities.
This YE raised awareness of the most important issues of environmental protection and a good life on our planet, not only among us participants, but also among peers and young people in our communities.
Bellow the reports and the experiences of the Greek participants:
Ten days full experiences and activities with 48 participants from different countries (Poland, Italy, Germany, Romania, Turkey, North Macedonia, Czech Republic, Greece).
I learned a lot of things about good practices and new ways to protect the environment, i learned about participation and team work. Furthermore, I learned about other countries cultures and traditions. Also, I built strong relationships and made new friends. The activities and games were very creative and fun so there was always something new to learn. I would recommend taking part in youth exchange programs to everyone because it is the best way to learn new thinks, share experiences and knowledge.
Finally, I would like to thank Seweryn for his kindness and friendship and i want to thanks Praxis Greece for giving me this opportunity.

This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in an Erasmus project focused on environmental sustainability in Poland, alongside participants from various corners of Europe. This project was a transformative experience that enriched me in numerous ways. Through engaging workshops, field trips, and collaborative activities, we delved into pressing environmental issues and explored innovative solutions. Personally, the project enhanced my knowledge of environmental challenges and deepened my appreciation for diverse perspectives on eco-conscious practices. Moreover, the multicultural environment allowed me to form lasting friendships and learn about different cultures. It was undoubtedly a remarkable journey, as I not only broadened my horizons but also had a great time enjoying the vibrant Polish culture and landscapes. To all young people, I highly recommend attending such Erasmus projects. They provide an unmatched platform to grow personally
and professionally while making a positive impact on the environment. Embracing these opportunities can pave the way for a sustainable and interconnected future, fostering lifelong learning and global friendships.

During the unforgettable Erasmus project, I, a curious and adventurous teen, was exhilarated by the experience. It expanded my horizons, fostering lifelong friendships with people from diverse cultures. The immersion in a foreign land and academic exchange kindled a passion for learning and understanding the world. It transformed me into a more confident and open-minded individual, forever cherishing the memories and lessons that shaped my perspective and future aspirations.

In the Erasmus project, I learned a lot of important things about the environment and teamwork.
For example, I learned to team up with someone that I don’t know at all and making real
work from it.
From the environment, I learned that not anything is really given and the smallest things are important, for example, the sink water that you don’t turn of between washing your hands
or brushing your teeth.
