TRAIN WITH BRAIN
ERASMUS sport project
PRAXIS successfully implement the “Train With Brain”– ERASMUS sport project .
TwB aims to promote voluntary activities in sport, together with social inclusion, equal
opportunities and awareness of the importance of health-enhancing physical activity through
increased participation in, and equal access to, sport for all.
To achieve that we created a well-balanced methodology that will be employed both online
and offline through Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Italy, Slovenia and Greece (PRAXIS) and will
reach different target groups (youth, underprivileged teenagers, sport volunteers, NGOs,
sport organizations, and the general public).
“Train with Brain” phases:
- Training for International Sports Volunteers;
- Online Grassroots Sports Creation Contest;
- International Grassroots Sports Camp for Underprivileged Youth – “Train
with Brain”; - “Mindful Sports” Badge Creation and Application;
- “Train with Brain” Online Platform & Methodologies Creation;
- Dissemination & ensuring project’s continuation;
Specific activities carried out by one or more project partners according to their competences,
resources and/or geographical location.
In terms of general methodology, “Train with Brain”
managed by the project’s management team
and monitored by the quality board
The project’s management team oversee:
- project’s dissemination activities,
- contacts between partner organisations/-with media,
- planning of further project activities.
The quality board see how the project is going so far.
They look at and evaluate the project’s activities carried out, promotion/dissemination
activities, resources created.
The task will be to ensure that these are:
- in line with the project’s goals;
- transparent & cost-efficient;
- relevant & easy to access/use (in case of resources).
To better assess the success of implementation of key project activities, the
following indicators of achievement (quantitative and qualitative) were put in place for
the following outputs / activities:
