4th Transnational Partners Meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 Project “All on Board” – Serres, Greece
During the first week of November, the fourth Transnational Partners Meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “All on Board – Youth Engagement Strategies in Youth Work” was successfully held in Serres, Greece. This in-person gathering marked an important milestone in the project’s development and brought together representatives from all partner organizations to reflect on progress, share insights, and coordinate the next stages of implementation.
Project Progress Review and Evaluation
The primary objective of this TPM was to conduct a comprehensive review of the project’s trajectory to date. Partners engaged in detailed discussions to assess the achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from the various phases of implementation so far. Special attention was given to the recently completed testing phase, during which the updated non-formal education (NFE) methodologies were piloted with youth groups across participating countries.
During the meeting, the consortium analyzed the feedback and data collected throughout the testing period. This evaluation provided valuable insights into the effectiveness, adaptability, and relevance of the methodologies in diverse local contexts. Partners collaborated to interpret the results and draw conclusions that will inform the refinement of tools and practices for the upcoming final learning activity.
Refining the Final Learning Mobility
Another key focus of the meeting was to plan and align on the final Learning Mobility, which will serve as the closing phase of practical implementation. Building on the testing phase outcomes, this last mobility will further empower participants—many of whom have been actively engaged in the project thus far—to strengthen their skills, apply the NFE tools in real-life settings, and assume leadership roles in facilitating activities.
Partners collectively explored how to ensure that this final activity provides space for participants to take initiative, co-create learning experiences, and deepen their competencies in youth work. The insights gained from previous experiences have shaped the structure of this event to ensure it is meaningful, inclusive, and impactful.
Dissemination and Multiplier Events
Finally, significant emphasis was placed on the project’s dissemination strategy, particularly the organization of upcoming multiplier events. These events, currently being planned and in some cases already underway, aim to showcase the project’s final intellectual outputs to a broader audience of stakeholders, including youth organizations, educators, policymakers, and community members.
The multiplier events will serve as a platform to share the project’s results, promote the adoption of the developed NFE methodologies, and foster dialogue around effective youth engagement strategies. These dissemination activities are crucial for ensuring the sustainability and long-term impact of the project beyond its official completion.
