”Lead with Coaching_Live with clarity”
On Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, the local action of the CATCH Erasmus+ project took place at the Youth Information Center of PRAXIS in Serres under the title “Lead with Coaching, Live with Clarity.”
The four-hour event brought together nine participants, including local residents of Serres, Erasmus+ volunteers from across Europe, and representatives of local associations. Its program combined theoretical input with practical experience, covering fundamental principles of coaching, methods and tools, team-building activities, energizers, and interactive exercises.
The initiative successfully raised awareness about coaching, offered valuable training, and provided participants with the opportunity to apply coaching techniques to their personal goals. Many attendees explored goal-setting strategies, identified their individual strengths, and practiced effective collaboration within the group. Several participants even expressed interest in continuing with individual coaching sessions in the future.
Beyond acquiring practical skills, participants were encouraged to share their thoughts, emotions, and personal stories, fostering a supportive and safe environment for both individual and collective growth. Through this engaging and collaborative process, they were introduced to the transformative potential of coaching as a tool for self-development and empowerment.
