”Listen and get on board”
Following the first Learning Teaching Training (LTT) mobility in Tabbiano, Italy, the Greek team sought a creative and impactful way to share their experiences and disseminate the outcomes of the “All on Board” Erasmus+ project. Instead of opting for a traditional presentation or written report, they chose a more dynamic and interactive approach: organizing a live radio broadcast to reflect on their journey and connect with a wider audience.
With the generous support of RODON FM, a well-known local radio station, the team went live for a full one-hour broadcast. This special segment offered listeners a behind-the-scenes look into the training experience in Italy. The broadcast served as an open dialogue, where the participants shared their reflections, discussed what they learned, highlighted the challenges they faced, and spoke about how the project had personally and professionally benefited them.
The radio program reached a broad audience—not just locally, but also internationally. Since it was streamed online, people across Europe were able to tune in and engage with the experience. This digital outreach significantly increased the visibility of the project, and listeners responded with enthusiasm. Social media buzzed with positive feedback, with many praising the team for their authenticity and creativity in communicating the essence of the project.
Anastasia, Stavroula, Georgia, and Ilias—the four passionate representatives of the Greek team—gave their all during the broadcast. With sincerity and warmth, they managed to recreate the unique atmosphere they had experienced in Tabbiano, painting vivid pictures of their journey through personal anecdotes, team reflections, and shared memories. Their storytelling transported listeners to the hills of Italy, where youth from various countries had come together to learn, collaborate, and grow.
What made the broadcast particularly special was its emotional depth. To further immerse the audience in the project’s ambiance, the team curated a playlist of songs that had been played during the mobility. These musical choices weren’t random; they were deeply symbolic—tracks that had accompanied shared meals, group discussions, long bus rides, and unforgettable moments of connection. For other project participants tuning in from around Europe, the music acted as a bridge to cherished memories, evoking a sense of unity and nostalgia.
In choosing this creative form of dissemination, the Greek team not only succeeded in informing others about the “All on Board” project—they also inspired them. Their broadcast highlighted the importance of youth participation, intercultural dialogue, and the power of storytelling in non-formal education. It was a vivid reminder that projects like these don’t just end when the mobility is over; they live on through shared experiences, creative communication, and the connections built along the way.
This radio initiative stands as a shining example of how dissemination can be engaging, emotional, and far-reaching—bringing European youth closer together, one story and one song at a time. Also in this post you will see some moments of the project that the Greek participants wanted to share.
