All together…All on board

In the context of the KA2 Erasmus+ project “All on Board,” Praxis Organization successfully organized a multiplier event aimed at disseminating the project’s outcomes and engaging the local community.

The “All on Board” project, which spanned over three years, brought together partners from five countries and focused on enhancing youth engagement strategies within the field of youth work. Through a variety of learning mobilities and workshops, the project aimed to empower young people to become more active and participatory members of society.

A key objective of the project was to develop and distribute comprehensive training materials and to introduce a series of innovative methodologies that could be effectively applied in youth work. To ensure wide accessibility, a dedicated website was created to host these manuals and resources.

During the multiplier event, the full scope of the project was presented, including the various activities implemented over the years. Several Greek participants contributed by sharing their personal experiences and insights, offering valuable perspectives on the project’s impact. The event attracted significant interest from the local community in Serres, particularly among young people eager to explore new methods of engagement.

Importantly, local youth workers also participated in the event, expressing a strong interest in learning more about youth engagement and acquiring practical tools to motivate and support young individuals. Their presence highlighted the relevance and applicability of the project’s findings to real-world youth work.

In addition to showcasing the manuals—which highlight best practices, innovative methodologies, and lessons learned—the event placed strong emphasis on the results of the research conducted as part of the project. This research explored the dynamics of youth engagement within organizations involved in youth work.

Equally vital was the contribution of the project participants, who actively collaborated in the development and testing of non-formal educational methods during the training activities. Their involvement not only enriched the project but also demonstrated its real-life impact. Many local attendees were inspired to take initial steps toward involvement in youth organizations or found renewed motivation to continue and expand their engagement.
