Webinars
Throughout the CATCH project, a series of three webinars was organised to provide participants with practical coaching methods, tools, and approaches that they could immediately apply and further develop during their coaching sessions. The webinars were designed not only to strengthen the competencies of project participants, but also to open the learning experience to a wider audience interested in coaching and personal development.
The webinar series created a space for knowledge sharing, professional exchange, and mutual learning. Each webinar focused on equipping participants with practical techniques, encouraging reflection, and supporting the development of skills that can be adapted to a variety of professional contexts.
These online learning activities formed an important part of the CATCH project’s commitment to promoting quality coaching practices, fostering continuous learning, and building a community of professionals dedicated to supporting young people’s personal and professional growth.
Lets take a look on the topics of each Webinar:
The 1st Webinar
The 2nd Webinar
The 3d and last Webinar was realised on the 11th of September 2025 and the topic was ‘Create your unique CATCH Coaching Toolbox with us’.
The third CATCH webinar focused on supporting participants in developing their own authentic coaching toolbox. Building on the knowledge gained throughout the project, the session explored how effective coaching techniques are rooted in psychological theory while demonstrating how they can be adapted to different contexts, including online, in-person, and group coaching environments. Participants also learned practical steps for creating and personalising coaching tools that reflect their individual coaching style, enabling them to enhance their practice with confidence and creativity.
