Participating in the All on Board training course in Alicante was a truly unique experience for me. One of the highlights was meeting and interacting with people from different countries through the activities. The facilitators did a great job of introducing us to the program from day one, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
The variety of activities kept me engaged throughout, and I particularly enjoyed the frequent team changes, which allowed me to collaborate with everyone in the project. It was fascinating to see how differently people think, and adapting to such a diverse environment was both a challenge and a valuable learning experience.
The location itself was beautiful and provided a safe space where I felt free to be myself. I found myself opening up and actively participating in discussions and activities. The supportive Greek team and our facilitator played a crucial role in this, making me feel encouraged and included.
Overall, this training course helped me grow both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of it.

When I applied to join this project, I was unsure of what to expect. However, I was drawn to its promising concept and how well it aligned with my personal experiences and knowledge. I am pleased to say that the project not only met but exceeded my expectations.
The activities were thoughtfully designed to encourage quick and meaningful connections among participants. From the very beginning, the tasks required a high level of communication, trust, and teamwork, making them both challenging and enjoyable. As the program progressed, the activities became increasingly relevant to the project’s central theme, requiring us to apply innovative methodologies and approaches to solve complex problems and meet specific requirements.
The overall organization of the program was exceptional. The facilitators, the establishment, and the schedule were well-structured, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. The positive atmosphere among participants remained consistently high, further enhancing the learning process. As a professional, I greatly appreciated the structured difficulty of the activities, which demanded attention to detail, critical thinking, and adherence to instructions to successfully develop solutions and presentations.
This experience has been incredibly valuable, both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the organizers and all those involved in making this project a success.
Thank you for supporting such impactful initiatives through Erasmus+. I look forward to participating in similar projects in the future.

Soo, let me tell you a story about another amazing Erasmus experience that took place in Alicante, Spain in favor of the All on board project. More specifically about this training course and all the tools that we used through the days,it was completely unique and well established up to the topic that we were trying to build and provide to each one of us. We were under difficult situations that challenged us to improve our problem solving skills and absorb all the knowledge of the topic.
Also it was manageable ,the formation of the team building tasks according to the group dynamic.
Finally I can assure every hesitant person out there that is well deserved all the time that you will spend on this informal learning experience. Special thanks to Praxis for this opportunity and of course to our facilitators and our exceptional Spanish coordinator.

I recently participated in a training course in Alicante, Spain, with the theme “Find New and Effective Ways of Maintaining Youth Engagement Strategies in Youth Work.” It was a unique opportunity to deepen my knowledge in the field of youth work and discover new and effective strategies for enhancing youth engagement.
During the course, I had the chance to meet new friends from various countries and cultures, which enriched my experience and gave me the opportunity to exchange ideas and opinions about the challenges we face in youth work. At the same time, I reconnected with old friends from previous Erasmus programs, and we worked together again on this new project, which brought me great joy and emotional connection.
One of the biggest challenges of the program was collaborating with teams of people from different cultural backgrounds than my own. Through this process, I realized how difficult it can be to build a team and ensure cooperation among all its members. However, this experience made me understand the value of teamwork and the power that collective effort can have in achieving a common goal.
In addition to the new knowledge and skills I gained regarding strategies for engaging youth, this experience taught me the importance of empathy, open communication, and accepting differences. Working with people from other cultures helped me grow both personally and professionally, making me more flexible and understanding of the challenges that arise when working in multicultural environments.
This experience in Alicante was a valuable lesson for me on how to create and maintain youth engagement, but also on how to collaborate effectively with others, regardless of cultural differences. The feedback I received and the skills I gained will undoubtedly help me in my future professional challenges in the field of youth work.

Finally,my expectations were real for the undiscovered world of Erasmus that everyone told me a lot about, which I had the opportunity to take part in, thanks to Praxis.
This beautiful place called Alicante in Spain hosted a challenging project about problem solving, team building and youth engagement and throughout activities and new methodologies we accomplished our goal.
Lets don’t forget that there were 5 difference teams consisted of different people from different cultures but because of the dynamic of the group we managed to cooperate.
I am glad that I seized the opportunity to be in this project and work with all these amazing people.
