Experiences and comments from PRAXIS Participants:
“CATCH” is an International training course Erasmus+ program that took place in a small village nearby to Verona, called Camposilvano on 12th – 20th November of 2024. It was the middle point of a 2 years E+ journey that focused on Eco-Coaching. Basically, the second TC of the other one that will follow. For one week ,20 participants for Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, and Italy we were called to learned and practiced eco-methods and tools related to the topic.
In my point of view, was a difficult but interesting project at the same time. We spent the most part of the training outside in the woods, a bit challenging but we learned ourselves better. Tools and methods like Body metaphor, Hero’s journey, Medicine walk, Mandala, Place that speak to me were our main objects. In addition, we had the best trainers and support team that we could ever have!
Overall, this experience was full of lessons for me, I would say that a new chapter in my life has started. See u soon in the next and last training course in Slovakia

During the second part of the. CATCH program, we were introduced to the fascinating concept of eco-coaching. This approach involves using nature as a resource to enhance personal growth and achieve various goals.
Through learning about the different eco-coaching tools and techniques, we gained insights into how nature can serve as a powerful facilitator in coaching sessions. What made this experience even more impactful was the opportunity to spend time in nature, not only in the company of others but also individually.
This time spent both with others and in solitude allowed us to reflect deeply on how nature can help us achieve personal and professional objectives.
The experience provided a valuable perspective on the way natural surroundings can be utilized to support and guide individuals toward their goals in a meaningful and sustainable way. Can’t wait for the last part
