Level Up: Coaching for the Best You
On Monday, 29 September 2025, the local action of the CATCH Project took place in the city of Kavala under the title “Level Up: Coaching for the Best You.”
The event gave participants the chance to discover what coaching is really about and how it can be used in everyday life. Instead of focusing only on theory, the session included practical activities, teamwork and interactive exercises that helped everyone get involved.
Throughout the event, participants were introduced to the basic principles of coaching, as well as different coaching methods and useful tools. They explored how coaching can help people understand their goals, recognise their strengths and take positive steps towards personal growth.
The programme also included team-building activities and energising exercises, which created a fun and friendly atmosphere. These activities encouraged communication, cooperation and active participation, while helping the group feel more connected.
Participants also watched video presentations related to the CATCH Project. These videos offered more information about the project’s goals and showed how coaching can support young people in both their personal and professional lives.
Towards the end of the event, reflective and evaluation sessions gave participants time to think about what they had learned and how they could use it in the future. They also had the opportunity to apply specific coaching techniques to their own personal goals and challenges.
Overall, “Level Up: Coaching for the Best You” was a positive and inspiring experience. It helped raise awareness about coaching, provided useful practical knowledge and allowed participants to experience coaching methods first-hand. Several participants also expressed interest in joining individual coaching sessions in the future.
The event showed that coaching can be a powerful tool for self-development, confidence and positive change and that sometimes, the first step towards becoming the best version of yourself is simply asking the right questions.
